Bootleggers Golden Chaos Golden Ale 8.5%

Named after its golden color and effervescence, the complex yet smooth taste of Golden Chaos lives up to its name! Golden Chaos is a Belgian style Golden Ale made from fresh imported German and English hops and brewed using the finest American rock candy, giving this fine ale a fruity aroma and taste that leads to a pleasingly dry finish. The subtle notes of plum, apricot, and pear achieve a perfect balance of fruitiness and spiciness.

Pyramid Hefeweizen 5.2%

Sam Adams Rebel IPA 6.5%

Per the neck label, “Escaping from winter’s darkness, this hazy golden, unfiltered Kölsch style creates a fresh start. Our take on the classic hybrid style grom Cologne, Germany, combines the subtle fruit notes of an ale with the smooth crispness of a lager for a bright, refreshing brew to help escape those lingering cold days.”

Firestone Double Barrel Ale 5.0%

Our flagship brew highlights barrel-fermented batches from our patented Firestone Union blended with beer fermented in stainless steel. It opens with a biscuity toasted malt aroma and a hint of oak and vanilla. Pale malts create a smooth malty middle with ribbons of caramel, English toffee and toasted oak. A tribute to English pales traditionally fermented in cask.

Lagunitas IPA was our first seasonal way back in 1995. The recipe was formulated with malt and hops working together to balance it all out on your ‘buds so you can knock back more than one without wearing yourself out. Big on the aroma with a hoppy-sweet finish that’ll leave you wantin’ another sip.

Sculpin IPA 7%

A trophy beer that’s a testament to our homebrew roots. Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.

Stella Artois 5.2%

All natural ingredients give Stella Artois a clean, crisp palate. The fresh, pale malt aromas offer a sweet herbal note and a lingering hoppy finish. The history of Stella Artois can be traced back to 1366 in Leuven, Belgium. To celebrate the Christmas season, the Artois Brewery introduced a special beer they called stella(star) because of its exceptional clarity. Demand was so great, the brewery soon turned this special seasonal into its year-round flagship. Stella Artois has been a world classic ever since. Introduced in the USA in 1999, Stella Artois is the golden standard of European lagers. Stella Artois is brewed with the finest European Hops and malt mead with the traditional floor-malting method.
Stella Artois is brewed using only the finest natural ingredients – water, barley malt, hops, non-malted grains and Stella Artois’ unique yeast strain – a much-cherished secret that has been kept throughout the years. Stella Artois contains 5 percent alcohol by volume (ABV).

Blue moon 5.4%

Belgian White Ale" (North America) / "North American Craft Beer" (UK) Brewed with oats for creaminess and spiced with the perfect combination of orange peel and coriander. An unfiltered wheat ale spiced in the Belgian tradition for an uncommonly smooth taste. Gold medalist (white beer) at 1995 World Beer Championships, silver medalist (white beer) at 1996 and 1997 World Beer Championships. 171 calories per 12-ounce serving and 5.4% abv. Editor’s Note: Much of this beer’s production now comes from the Molson brewery in Toronto. A small portion of Denver draught production comes from the SandLot brewery. Still other product may continue to hail from Golden.

Shock Top 5.2%

Murphy’s Stout 4.2%

Murphy's is our stout - a distinctive, premium Irish stout, with a smooth and bitter flavor, which distinguishes it from their stout. It is brewed using all natural ingredients, which includes pale malt, roasted materials, water, hops and yeast. This combination of ingredients gives the beer its distinctive appearance and taste.

Green Flash Double Stout 8.8%

This opaque brew pours black with a long-lasting, dense brown head. Bittersweet chocolate and deep, roasted coffee scents that waft up from the beer showcase hints of brown sugar and alcohol. Its taste is pure comfort: Gentle roasted nutty flavors, cocoa nibs, and black coffee ease the beginning of the swallow. The finish is complex, with textures of earthy, peppery hops and subtle dark cherries. This is a big, chewy brew with gentle carbonation and softer-than-expected alcohol warmth. Green Flash’s stout holds all of these flavors for some time, each sticking around until well after the last swallow.

Kilkenny 4.3%

Kilkenny is a nitrogenated Irish cream ale from the makers of Guinness, which originated in Kilkenny, Ireland. The brand is managed and produced by Diageo. It is available in draught and cans. It is brewed in Ireland and its heritage dates back to the 14th century.Kilkenny is similar to Smithwick's Draught; however, has less hop finish and it has a nitrogenated cream head similar to Guinness. The 'Kilkenny' name was originally used during the 1980s and 1990s to market a stronger version of Smithwick's for the European and Canadian market due to difficulty in pronunciation of the word 'Smithwick's'. It now refers to a similar yet distinct beer. Kilkenny is brewed in the oldest operating brewery in Ireland.It is served in similar manner to Guinness; fully risen with a head of 3/4 to 1" approx. The ingredients are: water, malted barley, roasted malted barley, hops, and yeast.While Ireland is the primary market for Kilkenny, Australia and Canada are the two largest importers of Kilkenny

Newcastle is the quintessential rich, English brown ale. It is is sweet, malty, somewhat nutty, yet refreshing. Newcastle is thought to be the first place in Britain to brew beer. By the 1990s, Newcastle Brown Ale had become the best-selling bottled beer in the UK, as well as the top-selling bottled beer in Europe.

Bootleggers Palomino 5.5%

Palomino Pale Ale from Bootlegger's Brewery is an American-Style Pale Ale. Bootlegger's Brewery has given Palomino Pale Ale the following description: "Palomino Pale Ale is our interpretation of an American style Pale Ale. We brew this beer using only the finest American barley and hops and add even more hops as it ages to give it a great balanced citrusy taste and aroma. This beer is sure to please anyone who enjoys the refreshing taste of American hops."

Guinness 4.2%

Adorned since 1759, it’s the powerful surge and settle that gives Guinness Draught beer its uniqueness. Lovingly poured around the world, Guinness Draught is one of the best-selling imported beers in the USA. Guinness is creamy and smooth with a taste of coffee, dark malts, and hints of dark chocolate. The black bodied and smooth creamy head finishes with a dry roasted bitterness.

Angry Orchard Cider 5.5%

Harp 4.53%

This classic Irish lager has a pleasant, buttery sweet aroma. Crisp and dry, Harp finishes remarkably smooth. Harp’s distinctive, refreshing taste has earned it six gold medals in the famous annual Monde Selection beer tasting competition. It is Northern Ireland’s number one lager.

Smithwicks 4.5%

Smithwick’s is Ireland’s number one ale. Its exceptional taste, distinctive colour and purity of ingredients make it unique. Its rich, satisfying taste has earned it five gold medals in the famous Monde Selection Beer Tasting Competition. Smithwick’s is produced using the finest hops and special roasted, malted barley. In 1998 a new enhanced draught product with improved head retention was launched along with redesigned glassware.
